    A driving-while-intoxicated patrol on St. Patrick's Day netted charges against two people - one a Canaseraga man who allegedly fled from officers. Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reported deputies, assisted by Angelica police, arrested Raymond R. Labarron, 49, of Canaseraga, March 17 on the following charges: felony driving while intoxicated, felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and refusal of breath screening test.
