    A Dalmatia man voiced his concerns over a $5 increase in his sewer bills after receiving a letter from the Lower Mahanoy Township Municipal Authority blaming the Line Mountain School District. At Monday's school board meeting, Robert Malafi read to directors a paragraph from the LMTMA's January newsletter attributing the fee increase to the district not paying the bill for a fuel oil spill that occurred in February, 2014, at the former Dalmatia Elementary School.
