Brasher sexually assaulted a woman Monday, and Victoria County Sheriff's Office investigators have developed enough evidence to charge him with aggravated sexually assault, unlawful restraint and assault impeding breath or circulation by choking, according to a news release. Brasher was taken to the Bee County Jail.
