Derrick Aescheliman, 45, of Upland and Nathan Phillip Gourley, 35, of Corona were arrested on suspicion of grand theft, vandalism and auto theft after allegedly tearing out connections for electrical boxes that control photovoltaic units at the Kohl's store in the 400 block of Hidden Valley Parkway, according to police.
