    The owners of what authorities are describing as two large-scale Alcorn County puppy mills are scheduled for trial in justice court on Jan. 20 on charges of animal and livestock cruelty. The Daily Corinthian reports that Larry and Juanita Meeks and Orville and Gloria Greenhaw each pleaded not guilty Tuesday to animal and livestock cruelty, neglect and abuse in connection with the October search and seizure of more than 170 animals by authorities.
