    Richard Charles Marks, age 75, passed away on Dec. 6, 2014 at Warriors Walk Hospice Care, located at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center, Columbia., S.C. He fought follicular lymphoma for ten months, but it was an aggressive form of the disease, which was caused by exposure to Agent Orange in 1969 while he served his country in Vietnam. Although born in New Ulm, Minn., he became one of the most loved members of his southern adopted family, married to Katherine Sims Marks for more than 48 years.
