    The City of Columbia Public Works Department announced today that beginning Monday, Nov. 10, at 7 p.m. Creek Enterprise Inc. will pull fiber optic cables through manholes on East Broadway between Old Highway 63 and William Street. The fiber work will result in lane closures between 7 p.m. and 4 a.m. each night on East Broadway.
