    Illinois State Police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found near Horseshoe Lake Road on Monday. Authorities say her body was found about 6:30am yesterday on Illinois Route 111 about a mile north of Interstate 55. Police think she may have died of blunt force trauma to the head and not struck by a car.
