The reporting person stated that they had observed two males and a female performing sexual acts along one of the trails inside the park.

Citizens who fail to pay their fines will be arrested by city marshals, police officers, reserve police officers and constables during the warrant roundup Nov. 1-9. The twice-yearly amnesty period allows citizens with outstanding warrants to avoid paying a $50 per case warrant fee if fines are paid in full.
