    The Daily Times reports that 24-year-old Justin Hadel of College Station, Texas had his 2011 murder conviction overturned in a decision by the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and his case has been re-opened in Worcester County, Maryland; Hadel is now scheduled to appear in Circuit Court tomorrow to inform prosecutors of his decision to accept or decline a plea deal. Hadel was only 17-years-old in November 2007 when he participated in killing then 26-year-old Christine Sheddy, in a farmhouse in Pocomoke City where she had been staying with friends.
