    The region's largest paper mill will use trucks to transport natural gas to help power the plant after the failure of its plan for a pipeline under Lake Champlain from Vermont, International Paper, located in the Washington County town of Ticonderoga, has a contract with NG Advantage LLC, based in Colchester, Vt., to supply natural gas via truck for up to a year, said IP spokeswoman Donna Wadsworth . Gas will replace about 60 percent of the fuel oil - or about 32,000 gallons of oil daily - that currently fires the mill, she said Wednesday.
