    A 21-year-old Clovis man was killed early Tuesday when he collided with a power pole on Shepherd Avenue west of Fowler Avenue, the California Highway Patrol reported. The crash took place at 3:29 a.m. The man was driving a 2008 BMW 528i west on Shepherd Avenue when he drifted into the eastbound lane and hit the pole, then a tree.
