    Clovis police arrested a 24-year-old man who had worked for Clovis East High School as a campus security guard and assistant freshman baseball coach for allegedly having sex with a student younger than 16. School officials said Tuesday that Fernando Garcia has resigned from Clovis Unified School District. He was arrested Tuesday morning on the corner of Ashlan and Armstrong avenues while on his way to work.
