    An El Paso appeals court on Wednesday ruled there was an "error in judgment" when a lower court dismissed a lawsuit alleging funding inequality in the Clint school district and ordered the case to be heard. The ruling by Eighth District Court of Appeals Chief Justice Ann Crawford McClure and Justice Yvonne T. Rodriguez reverses a lower court's decision to dismiss the lawsuit, which was filed by parents against the Clint Independent School District in 2012.
