    David Wayne Blair, 48, 720 N. Hacienda St., Clewiston, was charged with two counts of third-degree grand theft and two counts of criminal use of personal identification. The arrest came after Robert Brack Trucking found that $450 from its checking account was used to pay a Century Link bill and $1,089 was taken to pay a Sprint bill, the warrant said.

Vanguard Ave., Lake Placid, was arrested by the Highlands County Sheriff's Office and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, third-degree grand theft and grand theft of a motor vehicle. When authorities investigated the burglary, they found blood on the patio floor near the broken window, the pool and the bedroom wall near the broken window, the report said.
