Ingerson proposed Wednesday that the town consider rezoning to make it easier for people living there to do more with their property or allow new businesses to be developed. The zoning change would be considered for the entire Route 12 and Route 12E corridor from the town of Clayton to the town of Orleans boundary and to about 3 miles from the town of Cape Vincent boundary.
