    On the heels of a joint effort between the Bladen County Sheriff's Office and Elizabethtown Police Department that resulted in 12 arrests on drug charges, the Sheriff's Office teamed up with Elizabethtown and Clarkton police on a searxch warrant that netted three arrests on drug charges. "On Wednesday, March 4, the Bladen County Sheriff's Office, with assistance from the Elizabethtown Police Department and Clarkton Police Department, conducted a search warrant at 110 N. Mitchell Ford Road in Clarkton as a response to citizen complaints and an undercover investigation," said Sheriff Jim McVicker.

It looked like it would be an easy win for the Blue Devils after they led by 11 points, but the Cougars wouldn't give up and tied the game at 30-all at the end of regulation play.
