FAA says homemade plane broke up in air before crash near Salem, Ark.
Federal investigators say a small plane that crashed in Fulton County last Friday apparently broke up in mid-air. The pilot was from the Chicago area, Charles Cummings, 71, but owned property in Cherokee Village and kept his plane at the nearby Sharp County Regional Airport. Comment?
