    Marion Evans, 34, was found guilty of being a previously convicted felon in possession of a firearm. He appeared before United States District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, the trial testimony established that on Aug. 2, 2013 around 11:45 p.m. an officer with the Charleston Department of Public Safety saw Evans near his vehicle that was parked in an abandoned car wash.
