    The city has reacquired the building, 138 Court St., through bankruptcy court in West Virginia for the same $20,000 it originally sold for to Alex D. Rahmi, Charles Town, W.Va., City Attorney James A. Burrows said Wednesday. Last summer, the city was in the process of negotiating to reacquire the building from Mr. Rahmi when the city was notified that he was going through bankruptcy proceedings, Mr. Burrows said.
