Judge Tom Difanis lowered Troy Mann's $500,000 bond to $75,000 after Assistant State's Attorney Troy Lozar told the judge that Champaign police uncovered additional evidence in Mann's case that suggested he was the victim, and not the perpetrator, in a drug deal that went awry.
