Nightly closures will occur in the outbound direction Friday night, May 8 and Saturday night, May 9 from midnight to 10 a.m. between the Greentree/Crafton and I-79 interchanges.

    A Carnegie woman who pleaded guilty to stealing more than $90,000 from student accounts while she worked in the Keystone Oaks High School cafeteria was sentenced to jail time and must repay the money, a judge ruled earlier this week. Kathleen E. Smith, 56, who worked for a company that managed the cafeteria, is serving six to 12 months in jail, but after 60 days, will be eligible for alternative housing, according to online court records.
