    Shawn Hedgecock, 43, of Carlsbad is awaiting transfer to federal custody to face charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of an unregistered firearm with an obliterated serial number, according to a news release from the Department of Justice. Members of the Pecos Valley Drug Task Force executing a state warrant for Hedgecock's arrest on Feb. 9 reported that they found an unregistered sawed off shotgun and ammunition in Hedgecock's residence, the news release stated.

She documented the locations and the amount of nuclear waste removed from each site , and made a set of 13 prints using an archaic photo printing process that relies on uranium instead of silver.
