A total of 41 individuals were nominated and accepted into the "40 under 40," a group created through the Chamber of Commerce to recognized young, dynamic leaders in the community. It was the largest turnout the event had seen, since it first started three years ago, said Jeff Campbell, chairman of the "40 under 40" council.
