    SpaceX plans to try again Tuesday to launch its Falcon 9 rocket to resupply the International Space Station but faces the same weather pattern that caused a late scrubbing of Monday afternoon's attempt. Tuesday morning the U.S. Air Force 45th Space Wing Weather Squadron gave the same forecast it offered for Monday, with a 60 percent chance of favorable weather.
