    SUNY Canton is hosting the Special Olympics New York – North Country Region Area 27 annual Summer Games on May 2. Organizers said 170 Athletes are expected to participate in track, field and basketball events, and 50 coaches and their volunteers have worked with the athletes to prepare for these competitions. More than 300 community and SUNY Canton student volunteers are expected to help out for the day.
