    The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency's Canton Business Park is to get $470,000 in state funds through an award from the second round of the Consolidated Funding Application regional competition. The county IDA will use the money to pay for part of the development of a 22-acre commercial business park in Canton, including building and site work, and access road and water-sewer infrastructure, according to an announcement from Empire State Development.
