Was he a central character in the city's history? Perhaps an early settler or a cannery or orchard owner? All fun guesses, co-owners Angelo C. Heropoulos and Molly Adams admit, but no, the restaurant is named after two South Bay streets, and the combination sounded like it had enough character to fit their vision. Comment?
