Poor performance at the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians' two casino properties, and no sign of improvement in the Southern California casino industry in the next few business quarters, have led bond rating agency Fitch Ratings to downgrade the tribe's bonds from BBB- to BB+.
