Born July 29, 1971, in Morgantown, he is the son of Becky Hilling Whaley and husband, Randy Whaley, of Bruceton Mills and the late George William McMillen Sr. In addition to his mother and stepfather, he is survived by his wife, Sara Woodford McMillen; one son, Jacob "Jake" McMillen; one brother, Rich McMillen; half sister Heather Gillum; and grandmother, Patricia "Patty" Hilling, of Morgantown.
