    DuBois-based Pennsylvania State Police reported a fatal accident that occurred on Monday morning at 7:28 a.m. on Stevenson Hill Road at its intersection with Airport Road in Washington Township. Police reported that the crash occurred as a 2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo operated by Holly D. Wray, 45, of Falls Creek, was traveling northbound on the road and allegedly failed to stop at a posted stop sign, proceeding onto State Route 830 in front of a 2002 Dodge Dakota driven by Jeanette E. Chestnut, 46, of Brookville.
