President Brad Severson said the new location is nearly twice as large as the former space on North Cliff Avenue. HME is a retail shop that offers home medical equipment and supplies while Partner Medical serves health-care facilities. * Tryon Gym in Brandon is building a new location at 712 S. Eighth Ave. The franchise, which is owned by T.J. Barthman, expects to open its doors Dec. 22. The new space will be twice as large as the gym's leased location at 306 S. Splitrock Blvd. Tryon will add equipment and start offering group fitness classes. * Two orthodontists have moved their practices to southern Sioux Falls. Kevin D. Horner moved to 2407 W. 57th St. from 3400 E. 26th St. Drake Orthodontics is in a new building at 5100 S. Western Ave. It had been at 600 W. 37th St. * Sanford Mid-Dakota Medical Center in Chamberlain, a member of the Sanford Health Network, is building the first nursing home in South Dakota since 2001. Sanford Mid-Dakota Care Center is expected to open in fall 2010 with 44 beds. Comment?
