    Fourteen bids for the construction of the Branchville portion of the proposed sewer system were opened, but not discussed at Wednesday night's Borough Council meeting, as the council opted to wait until the Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority, a collaborator on the project, opens bids for its portion of the project on Oct. 8. "We won't really have any information until they sit down and figure things out," Mayor Anthony Frato said. The sewer system, which has been discussed and debated over 40 years, grew some legs when the borough went out for bids on the project at the end of August.
