    Anthony Miele, 41, was handed the indictment on Thursday and charged with armed and masked robbery, home invasion, assault and battery on a person over 60, intimidating a witness and other violent crimes according to WCVB. According to Braintree Police, Miele and two other men attacked a family staying at the Candlewood Suites, demanding that they hand over what was in their safe.
