    The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers staff will take public comment on the draft Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed new Bell Bend nuclear power plant in Salem Township at two meetings to be held in Bloomsburg on Thursday, June 4. The meetings will be from 3 to 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 to 10 p.m. at Bloomsburg University, in Monty's Building, 400 E. Second St. There will be open houses for an hour before each meeting, but formal comments will only be accepted during the meetings.
