    An 18-year-old Blanco man has been charged with one count of attempted murder and two counts of child abuse after he allegedly stabbed a Farmington man at a party in San Juan County Wednesday evening. The San Juan County Sheriff's Office said Jacob Alcon was arrested on the charges and is being held on a $250,000 bond.

    An 18-year-old Blanco man has been arrested on suspicion of stabbing a man multiple times Wednesday at a home east of Farmington, according to a press release from the San Juan County Sheriff's Office. Jacob Alcon is being held at the San Juan County Adult Detention Center on a $250,000 bond in connection to the incident, the release states.

Based on evidence at the scene, the sheriff's office believes Holcomb may have walked away from the house voluntarily in a distressed mental state, according to the press release.
