    A First Student bus driver under contract with Lisbon Central School was charged Friday with a misdemeanor after crashing her bus, injuring a monitor and leaving the scene, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies. Donna N. Wesley, 40, of 104 Pennsylvania Ave., Binghamton, is charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, a misdemeanor, and failure to keep right, a traffic infraction.
