    A Nutley man has been charged with promoting prostitution and possessing prohibited offensive weapons, after he allegedly attempted to prostitute an undercover police officer. Al Bucci, 44, was arrested at the Hampton Inn in Bethlehem, Pa., on Saturday, Oct. 18, after authorities said he contacted an internet escort site and made arrangements with an undercover police officer, posing as a prospective prostitute.
