According to a release from Frank Shuftan, a spokesman for the Cook County medical examiner's office, the death of Gary Head, of the 7000 block of 26th Parkway in Berwyn, is the 14th death related to snow shoveling that has been handled by or reported to the medical examiner's office since 6 p.m. Jan. 31. Head was pronounced dead at 12:53 p.m. Saturday at Loyola University Hospital.
