    The Maine Sierra Club continues its Penobscot Bay Film Series with a screening of "Red Gold" Wednesday, March 25, at 6 p.m. in the Abbott Room of Belfast Free Library, 106 High St. The documentary film "Red Gold - Saving Beautiful & Pristine Bristol Bay Alaska" was the winner of the best documentary at the Telluride Film Festival. The film is about the proposed Pebble Mine, which would be North America's largest open-pit mine and would be located at the headwaters of two of the most productive salmon spawning rivers in the Bristol Bay watershed.
