    Members of Belfast Planning Board approved a few revisions to the contract rezoning agreement between the city and Front Street Shipyard relating to the construction of a sixth building. City Planner Wayne Marshall explained to board members Jan. 14 the proposed amendments to the contract rezoning agreement were minor in nature and reflected updates to the site plan, as well as the date of construction for Building 6. As proposed, Building 6 would be 21,700 square feet and 66 feet high in order to accommodate the shipyard's 480-ton travel lift.
