Hank William Hamilton, 23, of the 1100 block of Royston Place in Bel Air, has been charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first- and second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit robbery and armed robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault and use of a firearm to commit a felony in connection with the death of a Delaware man.
