    The mother of James Myers, who was found hanging in his Bedford jail cell two years ago, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit alleging the city was negligent and employees lacked proper training and supervision to deal with mentally unstable inmates. Beverly Myers filed the lawsuit late Monday in Tarrant County district court alleging that her son's constitutional rights were violated and that the jail staff lacked the proper training to supervise an inmate with suicidal tendencies.
