    Illicit drug use is considered to be a factor in a single vehicle crash on State Route 124 that left two people injured on Friday evening. According to the Chillicothe Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Deborah S. Howard, 45, of Beaver, was traveling west on the route near mile post 15 around 6:45 p.m. when her minivan veered off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
