SHOPLIFTING, CEDAR ROAD: At 7 p.m. on Nov. 6, a man and a teenager were arrested after stealing $288 worth of merchandise from Buckle at Beachwood Place Mall. The teen was charged with robbery, possessing criminal tools and obstructing official business after he fought with officers trying to arrest him.
