    Bay St. Louis Judge Steven Maggio on Wednesday found Jeff Harding guilty of "disturbance of a public place" in connection with an incident that happened at city hall on Aug. 28. Maggio ordered Harding to pay a $500 fine plus court costs, but he suspended $400 on the condition that Harding did not cause any more disturbances in the next six months. Harding was arrested on Aug. 28 and charged with simple assault by threat, disturbance of the peace, and disturbance of a business.
