    A 63-year-old Saginaw man with a habit of exposing himself to others has avoided prison time for his latest act of indecency inside a Bay City library. Bay County Circuit Judge Harry P. Gill on Friday, April 17, sentenced Harold Beverly to five years' probation with credit for 329 days of jail already served.
