A Batavia Police Department officer was called to Green Meadows Apartment complex, at 1179 Wilson St., at about 3:05 a.m. Monday for a report of a suspicious subject in that area, according to a Batavia Police Department press release.

Mary Nunez, of the 2700 block of Sperry Court, entered a guilty plea to a charge of possession of 2,000 to 5,000 grams of marijuana and has been sentenced to three years in prison, the Daily Herald reports.
