Added to the original 2013 loan of $3.5 million, the city now has approximately $5 million in borrowed money to use toward the upcoming infrastructure overhaul of more than 7,500 feet of failing underground pipes that deliver raw sewage to the city's wastewater treatment plant on Oliver Drive.
