Rich Lawhead said Friday that officers contacted Pusok, 30, after he was seen going through yards in the north end of the city near his mother's house between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. Pusok burst into the headlines on April 9, when he fled deputies who were serving a search warrant unrelated to him in Apple Valley.
