    On Saturday, April 4, 2015 at approximately 10:30pm, Post 15 received an anonymous tip of a possible pipe bomb in a silver Chevrolet pickup parked at the Shell convenience gas station in Albany. Upon the arrival of Trooper Jason Warinner and Trooper Brian Gibson, a vehicle matching this description was located in the parking lot.
