    Staff report A Charlotte man was arrested by a Lincoln County Sheriff's deputy on Wednesday on charges related to a sexual assault of a juvenile. Andre Keith Bracey, 19, of 2610 Alleghany Street, was charged by the Lincolnton Police Department with five counts each of second degree rape and first degree kidnapping for allegedly forcefully raping the juvenile several times between July and September.
