Ryan Daniel Kullrich, 38, had been sought by the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office last December in connection with night drop thefts from banks in Scotia, Fortuna, Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo, and was arrested in Medford, Oregon, following several similar incidents there.
