Until the weather clears and crews are able to safely assess the extent of surface conditions, the following roads and trails will be temporarily closed: >> Figueroa Mountain area at the Lookout , East Pinery and Zaca Ridge Road >> Pozo OHV Area: gates at Forest Roads 15E04, 29S02, 30S18, 29S01; and OHV Trails 29S16, 29S27, 16E22, 30S17, 16E05A, 30S17 and 16E21 >> Forest Service coordinates closure of Hi Mountain Road with San Luis Obispo County .

    The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office announced Nov. 17 that deputies had arrested three individuals who were suspected of being involved in or near an alleged home hash oil production at a rural Arroyo Grande home. One man was arrested on suspicion of manufacture and sale of a controlled substance, another was arrested for an outstanding warrant, and a 20-year old woman was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment after detectives with the Sheriff's Narcotics Unit found a 10-month-old child sleeping on a mattress in a bedroom.
