Norway claimed its sixth victory of the Nordic skiing world championships in the women's 4x5-kilometre cross-country relay on Thursday, while Eric Frenzel picked up Germany's first gold medal by winning the Nordic combined event.

Kikkan Randall and Jessica Diggins made history this week, winning the first world title in history for U.S. cross-country skiers, when they took gold in the team sprint event at the World Nordic Championships in Val di Fiemme, France.
